When the London season begins, you will find these two troublesome kitties ensconced on a settee, giggling over the latest gossip and scandals, and perhaps even inventing a few rumors of their own.
“Regency Gossips” is a digital painting from my feline adaptation of Jane Austen’s “Pride and Prejudice”, and part of the Regency Cats Collection.
They were modeled after two mischievous black kitties belonging to a friend who owns the Etsy shop Eviecats.
“From all that I can collect by your manner of talking, you must be two of the silliest girls in the country.” ~ Mr Bennet, Pride and Prejudice
Archival prints of “Regency Gossips” can be purchased by special request.
