Shipping and Returns
Thank you for reading my Shipping and Return Policy! I spent a great deal of time agonizing over these various policies, and it is nice to know that someone actually reads them.
If you have any questions or concerns about anything listed below, simply contact me... I am a living and occasionally breathing human being, so I can work with you to make sure you are a happy repeat customer.
Estimated Shipping and Arrival Dates
I print, package, and ship items within 2 days after receiving cleared payment, excluding Sundays. Yes, I will ship orders on Saturday mornings. You may select whichever available shipping method you prefer; I recommend using First Class for prints and flat items (that can easily fit inside a stiff mailer), and Priority for heavier items that need to be packaged inside a box.
For Domestic Orders, you may expect to receive them within 3-7 business days after your purchase, barring any weather related issues or postal holidays.
I send a notification e-mail upon shipment, which includes your tracking number. If you do not receive your order within 2 weeks, please notify me as soon as possible.
Outside the U.S.: Please allow anywhere from 14-30 days for international orders to arrive. You will be responsible for your country's taxes and custom charges.
If your order does not arrive within 30 days, please contact me immediately.
General Returns and Exchanges
I will be very sad if you are dissatisfied with your order, however I willingly accept returns within 5 days of their arrival to you.
If you decide to return your order for a refund or exchange, please contact me first and make me aware of the circumstances.
I will refund the the full purchase price (including original shipping charges) once I receive your shipment in re-sellable condition... (this includes returning any relevant items associated with your purchase, i.e. the cellophane sleeve protecting the piece, cards with envelopes, Certificate of Authenticity, care instructions, etc.)
The return shipping will be your responsibility.
Returning Damaged Items
For items damaged in transit, please notify me immediately, and I will arrange to have it shipped back at my expense, and send you a replacement.
If you've purchase an Original Painting, sold-out Limited Edition, or an item that unfortunately cannot be replaced, you may decide between crediting the cost towards another purchase or receiving a full refund.

You may also dial my number (+1.240.469.3162), however if I am unable to answer immediately, please leave a message on my voicemail with your name, order number, e-mail address, and a brief summary of your call. I will respond within 24 hours, usually by e-mail, unless you request that I call you directly. :)
