Our Rabbit Hole Artist Collective is hosting one more event this year, our annual Holiday Auction, which is running until December 10th, 2PM EST/7PM GMT. This end-of-year auction doesn’t have any particular theme, rather it is a huge all-inclusive auction of our available original paintings, priced to sell!
Here is the link to view the entire album:
I have submitted four pieces, including my 16″x20″ acrylic portrait of King Henry VIII himself. All six of his wives have SOLD, so he is the only Tudor Cat portrait left!
Also available through the auction: my framed 8″x10″ portraits of “Goodman Pilgrim Cat”, and his missus, “Goodwife Pilgrim Cat”. These were painted in acrylics in 2012, and professionally framed by the staff at Howards’ Arts and Frames, featuring conservation (museum quality), “non-glare” glass.
The Eight and Sand Gallery, located in Georgetown Seattle, WA, is hosting a special group exhibit for 78Tarot artists! The gallery’s owner, Alexandria Sandlin, is a 78Tarot artist herself, and has been very supportive of emerging artists.
My painting for 78Tarot Nautical, “Pirates’ Cave” (a.k.a. Five of Wands), will be on display at the event, and will be available to purchase. For anyone unable to visit the gallery in person, there is an option to purchase art through the gallery website.
The event goes live on December 12th, and runs throughout the month. In January, our group exhibit moves to another Seattle based gallery, Push/Pull, located in Ballard.
Here is a photo taken of my framed painting, “Pirates’ Cave”, prior to shipping. I found a beautiful, new “weathered” wood frame that felt perfect for pirates!
My painting for Penumbra Boutique’s “Memento Mori” show ~ “Pax in Morte” ~ is still available. The gallery is located in Alverca, Portugal, and they also have an online shop to purchase paintings featured in the exhibit. They will ship anywhere in the world.
Our Rabbit Hole Collective will be having a group show at Penumbra next year (Nov. 19th ~ Dec. 17th, 2016), themed “Dreamscapes”, and I’ve been contacted by another show organizer in the UK, about participating in a cat-themed art exhibit next year. I will have more info on that soon.
I will also be expanding my “Upcoming Events” page to include art exhibits alongside my usual schedule of festivals.
It’s pretty wild to know that my art will soon be found in every corner of the world! My 2016 Literary Cats Calendar was sent to Kickstarter backers in Australia, Japan, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, Ireland, England, Germany, and the US & Canada, of course.
I guess it is time to start planning new goals! :D
Sans realized that the printer was exposed without its cover, so he graciously loaned his fur coat to keep it warm. 😐🐈#somuchfur #studiocat http://ift.tt/2xMk5TI

Annually since 1974, the Apple Butter Festival fills the park and streets of downtown Berkeley Springs on Saturday and Sunday of Columbus Day weekend in October.
The traditional harvest festival is kicked off by a nostalgic hometown parade on Saturday morning followed by two days worth of family-friendly games and contests, music, country food, fine arts and local crafts. Undisputed star of the festival is the spicy apple butter stirred in giant copper kettles in the middle of the square.
With no admission fee and activities for all ages, this is the perfect day or weekend experience for everyone from grandma to the kids.
